Data Deletion Request

You can have your data removed from AI With Altaz at any time. There are two ways to do this.
Option 1 — Disconnect the app
In Instagram, go to Settings → Apps and websites and remove “AI With Altaz”. This revokes the app's access to your account so no new messages are received.
Option 2 — Request deletion of stored data
Email support@aiwithaltaz.com with enough detail for us to identify your data:
- subject line: “Data deletion request”;
- the Instagram username of the connected account; and/or
- the connected account's Instagram-scoped sender ID (visible in the inbox).
What we delete
- the connected account record and its stored access token;
- stored inbox messages for that account;
- stored webhook events related to that account.
Timeframe
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm by email when the deletion is complete.
